Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept free exchanges and returns up to 30 days after delivery.

For exchanges and returns, keep in mind that the product must be in perfect condition, preserving the labels. If the returned product shows signs of use, or fraud is suspected, we may refuse the return or exchange.

How to process a return?

Please send an email to info@itsmariaguerrero.com informing the return, the order number and the tracking number. You will receive an email in response with the collection guide for your product.

Once we receive the product subject to return or exchange in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email, which will inform you of the steps to follow.

The return or exchange process may take from five (5) to seven (7) business days, taking into account transit.
